Hakuya Scheduler

Hakuya Scheduler is a managed business-to-business service for planning, approving, publishing, and reviewing original content on accounts a client is authorized to use. Hakuya is operated by Clawd Industries AS in Trondheim, Norway.

Controlled TikTok Sandbox

The TikTok connection is currently a controlled Sandbox integration. It is not generally available and it is not represented as a Production-approved TikTok application. During unaudited testing, Direct Post is restricted to private SELF_ONLY posts.

Client control

Authorized client representatives choose the TikTok account, preview the media and caption, select the available privacy and interaction settings, make any required commercial-content declarations, confirm music usage, and explicitly approve the publication time. A queued post can be cancelled before publishing.

Client responsibilities

Clients must connect only accounts they are authorized to manage, provide original or properly licensed media and music, make accurate advertising disclosures, and comply with TikTok rules and applicable law. Published TikTok content remains on TikTok until the account owner deletes it there.
