Terms

Effective 18 July 2026. These terms govern the managed Hakuya Scheduler service provided by Clawd Industries AS, org. 937378246, Trondheim, Norway. Contact: sales@hakuya.io.

Business eligibility and authority

The service is offered to businesses. Each user must be authorized by the client business and may connect or publish only to an authorized TikTok account that the client owns or is permitted to manage.

Content and licences

The client keeps ownership of its content and grants Hakuya a limited licence to process, copy, store, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the service. The client confirms that it has all rights and permissions required for the media, music, trademarks, personal data, and other material it supplies.

TikTok rules

The client must comply with TikTok terms, policies, advertising and branded-content rules, music requirements, and all applicable laws. The client must make accurate commercial-content declarations. Hakuya may reject, pause, or cancel a publication that cannot be performed within the current creator capabilities or platform rules.

Publishing controls

Before publication, an authorized user must review the target account, preview, caption, privacy, interaction settings, declarations, and publication time and give explicit approval. If TikTok creator capabilities or the selected privacy option change before a scheduled post, publication stops for renewed approval.

Service limitations

Hakuya depends on third-party platforms and network services. Availability, creator capabilities, rate limits, review status, processing time, and final publication status can change. Scheduled times are targets, not guarantees. Sandbox functionality is limited and is not a promise of Production access.

Suspension and termination

Either party may end the managed-service relationship under the applicable client agreement. Hakuya may suspend access for security, legal, authorization, or platform-compliance reasons. On disconnect or termination, Hakuya disables new TikTok jobs, attempts remote revocation, and removes local credentials under the Privacy Notice.

Published TikTok content

Disconnecting Hakuya does not delete posts already published on TikTok. The client is responsible for deleting published TikTok content through TikTok and for preserving any records it needs.

Liability and governing law

Mandatory law and any signed client agreement prevail. Otherwise, the service is provided with reasonable professional care, without a guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, publish, retain, or report on content. Norwegian law applies.
